Team Background :
Pioneer E-Solutions is a proprietary company of Mrs. Madhura A. Phatak, having a industry experience of over 6 years. Madhura has done Master in Computer Management from symbiosis and handles the administrative and finance departments of the company.

Mr. Anand V. Phatak having an industry experience of over 8 years, has done Master in Computer Management from IMCC Pune and handles the Marketing and Business Development for the company. He works as a Software Consultant with the company.

Mr. Sandesh Gangoda having an industry experience of over 8 years has done Master in Computer Management from IMCC Pune. Has a vast technical experience in the field and worked with MNC and onsite assignments in US and Australia. He heads the entire operations of the company.

The programming team consists of 4 people all having 2+ year experience in the field, with Masters Degree in Information Technology field.
